Natural-language analysis of RNA-seq data, backed by inspectable code in a live kernel
Maximizing accuracy of single nucleotide variant calling in long read scRNA-seq
Developing a quantitative approach to identify low-quality cells
I spent three years building probabilistic models and statistical pipelines for genomic data analysis. I'm now applying the models I've built to learn more about markets and the financial world that connects us all.
I come from a cancer genomics background, applying statistical methodology to extract signal from high-dimensional and noisy datasets by developing mutation detection algorithms and data processing pipelines. I answer quantifiable quesitons by identifying statistical anomalies in messy data.
Currently building quantitative research projects and exploring opportunities at hedge funds, asset managers, and fintech startups.
In my free time, I read books, play chess, and listen to alternative trap.
